  46. HARDWARE
  47. AS-EASY-AS is  designated to operate  on any IBM  PC, XT, AT,
  48. PS/2 or fully compatible computer, as described below:

  50. OPERATING SYSTEM
  51. AS-EASY-AS will  operate using DOS Version  2.11 or later. It
  52. has also  been tested and  works under Windows  3.0 as a  DOS
  53. application.

  55. MEMORY REQUIREMENTS
  56. 384k minimum  RAM. Spreadsheet data is  stored using a sparse
  57. matrix technique which only  allocates space required by each
  58. cell.
  59.  
  60. Expanded  Memory  is  automatically   detected  and  used  by
  61. AS-EASY-AS.  If   you  don't  have  EMS,   you  can  instruct
  62. AS-EASY-AS  to use  Virtual Memory,  whereby a  hard disk  or
  63. diskette may  be used to emulate  EMS. If you don't  have EMS
  64. memory and  don't use virtual  memory, only conventional  DOS
  65. memory will be used.

  67. DISK DRIVE
  68. The minimum  files required to  run AS-EASY-AS are  listed in
  69. Section 2  and require less than  360 KB of disk  space. As a
  70. result, AS- EASY-AS will run on single floppy (720K minimum),
  71. dual floppy, or hard disk  system. This enables AS-EASY-AS to
  72. run on older PCs and laptops without hard disks.

  81. PRINTERS
  82. AS-EASY-AS  will  print  text   and  graphics  to  Epson  and
  83. compatible 9/24- and, Okidata  24-pin dot matrix printers and
  84. Hewlett Packard LaserJet II and compatible laserjet printers.
  85. It will  also work with  daisy wheel printers,  but they will
  86. not be able to print graphics.

  88. MOUSE
  89. AS-EASY-AS  may  optionally  be  used  with  a  Microsoft  or
  90. compatible mouse.
